We Provide HR Training, Coaching and Mentoring Solutions for Emerging HR Leaders Interested In Even Greater Fulfillment, Engagement and Advancement in Human Resources.
Alisa Charles is a certified HR professional (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) and the Founder and Chief HR Coach & Mentor at HR Mentor Academy. She enjoys partnering with employees, leaders and individuals to achieve successful outcomes. She began her HR career working with college students with job placement, resume writing and interview skills while in college.
Since then, she has spent over 20 years working in several Human Resources roles with multi-site responsibilities for large organizations. In corporate, regional, and divisional HR leadership roles, she has had the pleasure of working with many Human Resources professionals across the country in succeeding in their HR roles which she has always enjoyed.
In addition to her HR background, she is also a Certified Personal & Executive Coach. She is also the author of “90 New Employee Orientation Ideas for Human Resources Professionals” and “Successful Mentoring in HR”.
She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Masters of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from National Louis University in Chicago. She received her coaching certification from the Coaching and Positive Psychology (CaPP) Institute.
Alisa especially enjoys the opportunity to combine her HR experience and coaching background to assist others in achieving their goals.
