HR EXECUTIVE COACHING

FOCUS: With our HR executive coaching programs, the focus is performance-based and designed to enhance HR professional’s performance.

TIMEFRAME: Our programs are flexible and can range from a one-time meeting to up to one year.

MEETINGS: Meetings are structured on an agreed upon intervals such as weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.

 

AGENDA: The agenda for each meeting is co-created by both the coach and HR person with agreed upon objectives. 

APPROACH: Our HR Executive Coaches use thought-provoking questions that help each HR professional with their decision making process, any changes that need to occur and in taking necessary actions.

OUTCOMES: The outcomes target a change in a specific performance area that is specific and measurable and demonstrates an enhancement in a performance area.

WHO IS THIS FOR? Our executive HR coaching programs are customized to meet the needs of the individual for outcomes in areas that may include:

HR MENTORING

FOCUS: With our HR mentoring programs, the focus is development-based and designed to overall career development in HR.

TIMEFRAME: Our programs are flexible and can range from a one-time meeting to up to one year.

MEETINGS: Meetings are more flexible but can be structured on an agreed upon intervals such as weekly, bi-weekly or monthly or as needed.

AGENDA: The agenda for each meeting is can be co-created by both the mentor and HR person with agreed upon objectives or set by the mentee with support from the mentor. 

APPROACH: Questions and requests for feedback from the mentee is the primary approach with guidance and support from the HR mentor. 

OUTCOMES: The outcomes can vary over the course of the mentoring process as the focus is on overall HR career development and not one specific outcome.
