Since you know your leaders, departments and employees best, you can better determine what ideas will work best for your team. Being creative during these unique times is important and I know you are up to the challenge. It’s not just about selecting an idea, but working on making it a great resource or solution.

How can you turn a good idea into a GREAT idea? How can you over-deliver or enhance your idea to make it even better? Once you select your top 3 ideas then the next step is to narrow your options down to one idea you will want to work on first and this is where you can enhance your ideas further for even greater impact.
